is not liable for any theft or loss.
- Only guests who are checked-in or registered as part of the booking are permitted to
stay overnight.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. A penalty of ₹10,000 will be applied if
smoking is detected indoors. Smoking is allowed only in designated balcony areas.
- Basic toiletries are provided upon request.
- Loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for
all guests and neighbors.
- Items left behind will be held for 14 days. If guests cannot be contacted during this
period, unclaimed items will be disposed of, donated, or handled at the discretion of
the management.
- Staff can assist with purchasing additional items required by guests. Errand charges
apply, and requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Check-in/Check-out: 10 AM – 1 PM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur an
additional charge. Guests are requested to respect these timings to allow the property
to be cleaned and sanitized for the next stay.
- A refundable security deposit of ₹20,000 is required at the time of booking. This amount
will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, subject to inspection.
- Stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
- Guests are requested to handle the property with care. Any damages or losses will be
deducted from the security deposit based on the replacement or repair cost.

- For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded

- For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable
